The suspect drove forward momentarily before backing up and dragging the victim with his open driver door approximately 20 feet. The victim exited his car to remove the suspect from the back seat when she jumped to the driver’s seat. The suspect requested a ride to the hospital and the victim declined. a female matching the same distinct description entered the back seat of a male victim’s car while he was in it at 14333 Aurora Ave N. The female eventually walked back north to Kidd Valley where she called 911 providing her name and stating that her brother was being held hostage with no further details.Īt approximately 3:15 p.m.

The female left the car and continued on foot south to the Home Depot parking lot where she attempted to access rental vehicles, telling security she believed a dead body was in them. A caller reported that the female jumped into the passenger seat of his car and yelled for him to drive, stating she believed someone was shooting at her.
